In this session, I am going to show you a different way to operate in a room. You will learn how to stop forcing conversations, stop performing, and stop trying to say the right thing. Instead, you will learn how to let conversations happen naturally, how to build real connection without pressure, and how to decide who you actually want to stay connected with instead of trying to connect with everyone.

This is about protecting your capacity and building the right rooms around your business so you are not draining yourself trying to operate in ways that don’t work for you. You will be placed in breakout rooms where you will practice real conversations, build connection, and learn how to move through a room in a way that feels natural and not forced.
